At its core lie specific values: a focus on people, a connection to the local community, a commitment to honoring our promises, and recognition of the contribution made by those who help drive the company’s development every day.
The first issue of TIERRE Magazine begins right here, with a conviction that runs through all its pages: the most solid results come from the convergence of different professional expertise and the ability to work toward a common goal.
Quality is not the responsibility of a single department. It is the result of constant coordination between production, the engineering department, logistics, and quality control specialists.
From raw material verification to dimensional analysis, from technical documentation management to the prevention of nonconformities, every activity contributes to making processes more reliable. Experience, method, and continuous dialogue allow us to promptly identify critical issues and guarantee customers continuity, precision, and compliance even in the most complex projects.
The magazine also highlights the investments through which TR Industrial is making its production flows more organized, traceable, and efficient.
The integration of the automated sheet metal warehouse, laser cutting, sorting system, and bending process has enabled a more seamless connection between the various manufacturing steps. Reducing manual handling and wait times improves inventory reliability, minimizes the risk of errors, and supports on-time deliveries.
But innovation isn’t simply about introducing new technologies. It means designing solutions together, combining the experience of operators with the expertise of technicians and managers. The benefits thus extend not only to productivity but also to space organization and worker safety.
TR Industrial views sustainability and competitiveness as integral parts of the same growth strategy. The 2024–2026 Strategic Sustainability Plan, developed with the involvement of management and stakeholders, sets environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals designed to guide the organization over the long term.
This path includes preparing the Sustainability Report, measuring the carbon footprint, exploring opportunities related to the circular economy, working toward gender equality certification, and integrating ESG criteria into supply chain management.
These are diverse initiatives, united by the desire to build a more socially responsible, resilient company capable of generating value for customers, employees, and the local community.
Putting people at the center means looking beyond production activities as well. Throughout 2025, TR Industrial promoted initiatives focused on safety, the environment, inclusion, and participation.
Awareness campaigns on workplace risks combined real-life testimonials with demonstrations on the proper use of protective equipment. The contest for the company calendar involved employees’ children and grandchildren. The distribution of reusable water bottles encouraged more environmentally conscious behavior, while activities focused on respect and inclusion encouraged participants to recognize the value of diversity.
Special attention was also given to our relationship with schools. Opening our facilities to students and teachers allows us to shed light on professions and skills that are often overlooked, showing young people the skilled job opportunities available in the local area and helping to nurture the talents of tomorrow.
TIERRE Magazine brings together industry and people, innovation and responsibility, results and relationships. It is the first chapter of a story designed to provide an up-close look at what TR Industrial is today and the direction in which it intends to move.
